With the aim to be the best in class, pioneers of KLOG Solutions are Mr. Phani Kumar Akkaraju and Mr. Suresh Varma Dandu who come with rich industry experience.
A Visionary and a Go-Getter, Phani is a PLM Solution Architect with over 14 years of experience in Functional process consulting. He exhibits profound knowledge in PLM configuration and customization and has worked extensively in Teamcenter Manufacturing, configuration and customization.
Integrating skill and experience, Phani excels in defining & executing strategic PLM direction for global corporations and finding solutions for ever-emerging technology challenges due to multiple products and platforms he has worked on along with a sound grip of finer nitty-gritties like preparation of Proof of Concepts, Solution demonstrations, fit gap analysis, Testing and Go-live monitoring and management.
A perfect concoction of in-depth technological skills, detailed planning and analytical skills and great interpersonal skills helps him understand and connect with employees, vendors, partner and most of all customers and understand requirements, design & deploy solutions with ease.

Donning many pivotal roles in ERP and CAD Systems for more than 20 years, Suresh has greatly contributed to the success of big players like TCS, SATYAM, WIPRO and CAMERON during his career. A SAP PS Certified Consultant having over 12 Years of experience with three E2E implementations and 8 years of experience in CAD/CAM and PLM, he is a veteran in SAP and NX.
Leading from front as an NX expertise for clients like GE, BE – Aerospace, DANA, TRW and FORD and SAP implementation and support for clients like ABB, KONE, Cambridge University Press, ATCO Gas, BASF and Thames Water has given him a broad insight into the knowhow of any business, the challenges involved and overall have a focused approach towards building and implementing client specific sustainable PLM tools and business models to help them gain long term competitive advantage.
During his career, Suresh received many accolades including best project of the year award for FORD- SWIFT Satyam, SAP PS Certification, Value Engineering Certificate to list out a few.
Years of hands on experience in successfully defining, executing and stabilizing Programs and Technologies in SAP and NX and in SAP modules PS, PPM and PLM and proven expertise across the board from Oil & Gas to Power Systems, Aerospace, Automotive and Manufacturing Sector along with the insatiable drive to explore and experiment with innovative technologies and concepts to building sustainable solutions has helped him to not just don the hat of an Entrepreneur but ensure it fits him well too!
